Soulfly to record their 8th studio album ‘Enslaved’ at TallCat Studios in Phoenix Arizona!
We are excited that Soulfly will be recording their upcoming album ‘Enslaved‘ at TallCat Studios which will be produced by Zeuss and Max Cavalera. They will begin work in early November and the album is scheduled to drop in March of 2012. the staff would like to thank RoadRunner Records for the opportunity to work with a living legend!

Lost in Atlantis Plays Fall Frenzy Showdown 2011!
Check out some of the video and pictures from the Fall Frenzy Showdown for the Main Stage! The stakes were high for all of the bands playing! The show down is a contest for one lucky band to open for Blink 182 at the The 3RD ARIZONA FALL FRENZY at Tempe Beach Park ! The Bands playing include: Milo The Mayor, Fayuca, Know Enemies, We Were Strangers, All Access, Lost In Atlantis, and Born Loser and The Hangers On
ARIZONA FALL FRENZY will be a 1 day event along the Tempe Beach Waterfront. The festival features some of today’s hottest recording artists. Accompanying the wide variety of musical acts will be food vendors, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), sponsor booths, arts, crafts and more. This will be a night for both local Arizonians and out-of-state visitors alike to come enjoy.

Mr. Meebles 2011 European Tour
In fall of 2011, Mr. Meeble will embark on their first European tour. Known for their epic, surreal, visually rich live shows, they have added new song material and full-color lasers to their arsenal of aural and visual creations. Tallcat Studios had the pleasure of collaborating in in the creation of the promotional video for the upcoming tour. The footage was shot live at the Sail Inn in Tempe Arizona.

“Crazy”, a song presented by Promised Land Entertainment, features the fusion of three talented singers from three African countries: Advisor Rex T from Southern Sudan, Mr. Independent from Uganda, and Congolese Legendary Lingala singer, Awilo Longomba. Advisor Rex T is a young and talented artist based in Phoenix, Arizona who works together with Mr. Independent. He collaborated with Awilo Longomba for the song. Produced at Tallcat Studios, the video also features SambAZ, a professional group of Brazilian samba dancers also located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Project Ethos
Project Ethos brought together the worlds of fashion, art and music on Friday night, May 20, 2011, at Axis-Radius in Scottsdale. The highlight of the evening was the VitaminWater Zero Flavor Fashionista Challenge, in which local designers created clothing inspired by the popular beverage. The event included a performance by the folk rock band Snake! Snake! Snakes!, a fashion show, a ton of local art, and as much free VitaminWater Zero as you could ask for.

Tallcat Studios recently completed some post production on a public service announcement regarding the Obama administration’s proposal to protect 1 million acres of public land surrounding Grand Canyon from new uranium mining. Please take action by May 4th to protect the Grand Canyon! Narrated by Craig Childs and directed by James Q Martin.
